Architectural Element. Aso’
Decorative element of an architectural structure portraying the aso’ (dog-dragon) guardian spirit, formed by sinuous wooden elements mounted on a basic structure to form the double zoomorphic body with the big spherical eye in its centre. This element was part of the altar of a longhouse.
